I'm BACK~

Heh heh. So how is everyone for the past week? I haven't been around to update since christmas, so I've yet to wish everyone happy new year, right? So... Happy New Year~ Belated as it is...

I know what Elisann's been up to recently, but what is everyone else doing? Eli and I have been pretty obsessed with Tantei Gakuen Q Live Action Drama, and Tantei Gakuen Q Special. It features a bunch of really cute and talented youngsters as detectives, and the plot is really good too. I don't know about the anime, but I heard both anime and drama got very good reviews from viewers, so if you haven't heard of it, do check it out.

I'd recommend the drama more than the anime though. Here's why:

1. The actors and actress featured (main three: Kamiki Ryunosuke as Renjou Kyuu, Shida Mirai as Minami Megumi, and Yamada Ryosuke as Amakusa Ryuu) can act, and I mean, act. In this show it's not just the older ones who pulled their roles off neatly; these 14 year-olds did a great job, too.
2. Plot is good and detailed; it leaves viewers craving for the next episode more than ever (It does for me, anyway). And since the genre of the show is mystery, you can happily work out the cases with these little detectives. Murder plots in the story are reasonably well fabricated, and the make-up and effects are, not fabulous, but good enough.
3. Inspires a good deal of fear, and yet there are lots of hilarious moments.
4. Teaches about friendship and what unity amongst friends can lead to.
   

Yeah, that's basically what I think. Feel free to think otherwise, though. I can't find a clearer picture of those five detectives, but well, bear with it. Below is a picture of Yamada Ryosuke, who plays Amakusa Ryuu in the show:

I always liked Yamada best in HEY!SAY! JUMP, but only when I started watching the drama did I realise that he's not just a pretty face. XD He's quite talented. And pretty. (cough *Tegoshi* cough) XD
